CFR RACER & FRIEND PASSES

Longtime Cedar Falls Raceway racer and friend, Jack Briner passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012. Jack raced for many years at Cedar Falls Raceway among other tracks and enjoyed class legal racing in the NHRA Super Stock and Stock Eliminator divisions. His past race cars include his Plymouth "Betty Baracuda" running in Super Stock and his Chevrolet Corvette than ran in Stock as well as some others. As of this writing, services are pending. Once the information is available we will update on here.

PERSONAL NOTE FROM SCOTT GARDNER
I have known Jack since I was a kid back in the 1970's. Jack was always a very fair person that cared deeply about his family and friends. He was very meticulous when it came to keeping his things nice including his home and cars. Jack will be missed by many!
